Pros

They train you in injections.

Cons

This is by far the worst place I have ever worked. I have had other jobs that were not a good fit, but nothing compares to how bad this was. The only positive is that they teach you how to inject, but the training is only one day. If you say you are not comfortable or still have questions, they do not care. They will still schedule you the very next day to perform treatments you were just signed off on. I went to HR multiple times to explain that I did not feel safe as a nurse, and no one took me seriously. If you believe a patient is not a good candidate, even if the virtual nursing team agrees, it does not matter. Their only priority is selling as many treatments as possible. I was even called into meetings to explain why I turned a patient away, even though the medical team told me to do so. You are constantly sent to different locations about 15 miles apart, it is nearly impossible to get a full weekend off, and using PTO is a struggle. You are not just double booked, you are triple booked. You have to clean rooms, restock supplies, treat patients, and chart, all with no extra time. Treatments that used to be booked for 60 minutes are now squeezed into 20 minute appointments. It is not just the workload, it is the fact that they repeatedly put your nursing license at risk. This is the type of job where makes you feel alone, anxious, sad, and rethink why you became a nurse.
