Pros

Good pay, unlimited PTO, cool office space.

Cons

The team and manager I worked for were openly hostile towards me. Little diversity in the company. Gossip and condescension from my “team.” No clear workflows or processes set in place. Expected me to understand the product with zero training because the literal CEO’s brother learned everything on his own. It’s pretty satisfying learning the company is on its way to bankruptcy. I left this company with a terrible case of depression. When I say “left” I mean they unceremoniously fired me after hiring my replacement and my “manager” getting ruder and ruder to me up until the day. Awful place!

Great work/life balance. Competitive pay. Unlimited PTO. Full-time remote work. Great people. Great benefits package.

Cons

Original CEO brought in the wrong people. So many people seemed to be trying to make a quick fortune for themselves before bailing. Every time we made progress with a new GTM strategy, a new strategy seemed to replaced it.

1. Great & Smart Engineering Team 2. Used to attract talent from Big Tech (Google, Microsoft, Apple..) 3. Base Salary is good.

Cons

1. Stock turns to trash. RSU means nothing 2. The leadership has no clue about what they are doing and how to build business. 3. Even with the new Leadership and new CEO: Jamie. I am sure he does not understand how to save Latch at this point. Do you want to hire all your engineers from Argentina? Then from Spain? Then from Japan? At last from Africa? This is ridiculous. They believe they can save latch by outsourcing engineering teams to other countries to lower costs. That's the funniest thing I have ever seen on a NYSE public company handle. 4. For folks who want to join this company || folks who still remain this company, please check the NYSE news, and see Latch stock price. God blessed you all.
