This Company is on the way for bankrupting
Pros
1. Great & Smart Engineering Team 2. Used to attract talent from Big Tech (Google, Microsoft, Apple..) 3. Base Salary is good.
Cons
1. Stock turns to trash. RSU means nothing 2. The leadership has no clue about what they are doing and how to build business. 3. Even with the new Leadership and new CEO: Jamie. I am sure he does not understand how to save Latch at this point. Do you want to hire all your engineers from Argentina? Then from Spain? Then from Japan? At last from Africa? This is ridiculous. They believe they can save latch by outsourcing engineering teams to other countries to lower costs. That's the funniest thing I have ever seen on a NYSE public company handle. 4.
