Pros
I have worked at a number of other companies, as full-stack developer or in other positions, and had plenty of experience with all sorts of management. I cannot think of a company where I was actually treated as a company asset, and not a permanently scrutinized, disposable dude who's been granted a favor to be given a job - other than Lateral. I feel very comfortable here, appreciated, and discussing with management is as easy as discussing with any of my colleagues - who are all a great group of people.
Cons
I'm sure there are improvement to be made in all areas, but it is clear to me that management is always genuinely looking to improve every aspect of the company - and with an emphasis on employee satisfaction - I could not ask for more.
