Pros

- relaxed atmosphere - great colleagues - you get to pick your own setup - salaries and compensations are above average - interesting projects - lots of team buildings, some in exotic places - the company is evolving continuously

Cons

- a bit disorganised - no clear progression path

Pros

I'm gonna keep it simple here: 1. I have a great group of colleagues - they're actually more than colleagues, they are my friends. 2. I'm happy with the projects I worked/am working on, always learning new things and overcoming new challenges 3. From my experience, management is always open for discussions and does its best to improve the employers comfort within the office walls.

Cons

There may be downsides of working at Lateral, but I can't see them or I'm not experiencing them. I really enjoy going to the office in the morning, I believe that says it all.
