Pros

LaunchIT is great company full of passionate leaders and employees. They want to develop your current skills and build upon others to create the best version of yourself. While at LaunchIT I was taken out of my comfort zone, and this is where I learned the most. Everyone is very knowledgeable and eager to help teach.

Cons

I have no cons about LaunchIT.

I am sorry you felt this way. We try and treat everyone as part of our family. As for benefits we have offered these since inception of the company in 2012 which include Health, Dental, Vision, Short-term, Long-Term, 401(K), and vacation. Wish you well in search for that right fit.
