Pros

This a rare right place, right time kind of opportunity. LaunchDarkly has amazing product-market-fit, incredible net retention and raving customers! We have the first-mover advantage as the pioneer and thought leader. LaunchDarkly was the biggest mover on the Forbes Cloud 100 list this year and has unbelievable momentum in the market. This is exactly where you want to be if you're in sales. Edith and John are stellar founders and visionaries. Jeremy and Tammy are the best sales leaders I've worked with in my career. This translates to our culture, account teams, etc. to make for a great working environment. Strong "promote from within" track record too, at least in GTM as far as I can tell. Selling to our Enterprise segment, I am delighted to be working with some of the best logos in the business that are excited about LaunchDarkly. There is significant net new and expansion opportunity on the table. We are solving a major challenge many companies face when deploying software - failed feature releases, costly release-related outages, slowed pace of innovation, drained developer productivity, etc. This is real pain. I feel excited everyday to help modern development teams be heroes in their organization and sell a "need to have" rather than a "nice to have" solution!

Cons

Of course there are minor growing pains around process and tools as a rapidly scaling startup. But these are good problems to have IMO!
