Work sustainably is a common mantra.
Cons
-Communication pains with a growing employee base -Some tactical and strategic decisions leave room for improvement with regard to transparency -Leadership shuffle in the past 12 months and team-specific turnover leaving lots to be desired in terms of stability -Culture change might be difficult for some when moving from start-up to medium sized business.
