Pros
Going from an inbound-only company doing $150 million in revenue to an outbound/inbound mix doing $500 million in revenue requires some changes in people and processes. It hasn't been easy, but we are starting to see the momentum build with the changes implemented. Product is exceptional - customers love the tool. Product direction is exciting - shifting towards big market priorities. The company has the opportunity to do something special if the execution can improve and be maintained.
Cons
Rapid change and increased scrutiny of performance make it a bad place for employees who want to stay under the radar.
