-Strong culture -Strong compensation packages -Work/life balance -Opportunity for growth Transitioning from a lax culture to a culture of growth, drive and success which may be a tough transition for people but ultimately it is steering LaunchDarkly in the right direction of maintaining Best-in-Class company/product

Cons

Technical product but strong and consistent enablement behind it to quickly learn, even if you have a non-technical background.
