4yI am sorry to read that this happened. Our recruiting teams do not operate with the intention of misleading candidates. While this is unfortunate, I do want to let you know that voices like yours have been heard. We have since updated the frequency for when our Board of Directors approves stock equity grants. It is the industry norm to do so on a quarterly basis, but in our effort to provide an excellent employee experience, we have recently decided to work with our Board to do so on a monthly basis. Thank you for bringing this to light, our hope is that this tighter time gap will decrease the potential for this to reoccur.
