      Pros

      - Interview process smooth with positif outcome - The people are great, I'm lucky to be part of great team and also the leaders are there for you as long as you put in the work and prove that you can do it - Onboarding process was also very smooth although Launchdarkly isn't an easy product to understand the ressources were great to get ramped up asap - The possibilities to grow are there and the leaders there will explain you how to get there which I was happy with - The product is the leader in the market and appreciated by the developers so it is a pleasure to open conversation on it
