Pros
They have pretty good benefits and good internal administration. They have an abundance of projects and opportunities for you to seek out in case you want to do any career movement. The pay is pretty good, especially if you can start working here as a student and work your way up.
Cons
The independent labs are pretty far apart and due to the nature of some projects, things can be a little hush-hush. They could instill more sense of community since so many people are employed here.
