Where do I start, unusual schedules that only care about the legal hours and not whether the driver is actually rested Expected to show up any time always on call terrible PTO and health insurance policy Last but not least, they will find any reason to terminate you to avoid paying out unemployment if they need to lay off people

Cons

Too much clique and office politics to get better pay. Pretty much ran by a group of friends, if they don’t like you, your raises will be bad.
