Remote Job. Heavy travel across the country.

Cons

Company does not have real safety. Operations Managers get 30-40 thousand dollars more than safety managers, Operations get better bonus and company shares.

Lots of overtime available, but micromanagement exists

Manager sometimes micro manage drivers.
