Pros

Worked work life balance was decent in corporate. Not in the field.

Cons

Doesn’t take care of those who aren’t “at the top”. Bonuses are a joke. I was supposed to get 15% but only got 2.8%. My boss told me everyone’s bonuses were terrible. In reality, it was anyone under the VP level who received a bonus much lower than what they expected. They held my last paycheck stating it was company policy to hold it until they received my equipment (two monitors, docking station, and laptop) even though I didn’t even receive a box to send it back until pay day. They paid me 4 days late. According to the state of Texas, you cannot withhold an employee’s pay for that reason. I also couldn’t find this in the employee handbook and when I asked for proof, I stopped getting responses. I believe new hires now get only 1 day of PTO for the first year. No room for advancement in corporate. Only 6 paid holidays Benefits are pricey and not great. I had the top plan and got large bills for things like standard labs and yearly preventative screenings. Drivers and managers work a crazy amount of hours for low pay.

Pros

None absolutely nothing zilch zero pros

Cons

Worst company to work for highly disorganized from the top down, ghetto, management will pay favorites and allow people to steal company time, nothing can be done to fix it even as a manager. Long hours 12/14 hours days for 72k is a joke 7 days a week type job. Provide you with a cell phone so you are always on call
