Close to home, straight forward job, not complicated. You don't have to worry about being on the road.

Cons

Very low wages if you are working for some of their greedy accounts like Ross. No hope of getting a raise or a significant one at least.

No accountability towards the lazy employees and it grinds the hard workers into the ground. Equipment is way overworked with unskilled maintenance, equipment failure is a daily occurrence
