If your ready to leave the road Lazer spot has the potential to be a great company.

Cons

Straight pay poor management and leads very unprofessional. Faulty equipment at most Carlisle and Newville sites. Insurance is mediocre some employees Lazy.

Pros

Great work place, fast growing company. It's an exciting time to be with this team. Really good access to the senior management team, very accessible and will listen to any ideas or concerns.

Cons

Long hours but the time flies by each day. Everyone pitches in during long days. Meetings are routinely interrupted and it doesn't seem to matter who is in the room, never seen this at other companies.
