      Pros

      As a whole, Leaderstat is a great agency to work for. The company has more realistic KPIs, and a fun office atmosphere, and overall my colleagues were excellent. In addition, there is a great balance between work and personal life.

      Cons

      Leadership team with toxic behavior, rules and policies constantly changing (no consistency), favoritism, and bullying were evident in many instances. You can only imagine what kind of behavior will be exhibited by the team if the leader is acting in such a manner. The Charleston office is more like a sorority or fraternity than a business.
