Pros

• Some talented team members (many of whom have since left or been laid off) • Industry has strong potential if better managed • Occasionally flexible work environment

Cons

• Leadership is outdated and resistant to innovation • CEO manages too many unrelated business ventures, creating a lack of direction • High turnover of leaders • Decision-making is centralized among a small circle, including family members without staffing experience • Employee input is undervalued, leading to low morale • No clear or sustainable long-term strategy

Dear LeaderStat team member, I appreciate the time you took to write this review and hope that we can sit down and talk together. As you know, my door is literally always open and I appreciate hearing thoughts and feedback from everyone in our company. The past couple of years have been tough in healthcare staffing and we have experienced many challenges as we have responded to the evolving market. I am so appreciative of our team who have met the challenges, adopted our new technologies and automations and helped us restabilize. As you know, I am a huge fan of innovation and automation. My focus on LeaderStat has never been stronger. Our decisions are rooted in LeaderStat’s core values. They guide relationships, how we adapt, and how we lead. Our priorities and strategies are developed each quarter through our EOS process and communicated on our shared drive. You will see our growth plans are clearly defined and implemented through this ongoing strategic planning work. I hear the concerns you’ve raised about communication, decision-making and leadership. Please know that I am committed to building a team culture where every person feels heard, valued, and empowered I would appreciate talking with you in person. Come see me. I am always available to talk, and more importantly, listen. Eleanor

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with us, especially regarding how you felt about leadership and respect. It’s important to me, as the CEO, that every team member feels valued, and clearly, we didn’t meet that expectation for you. I recognize that the last two years have been tough as we have adjusted to the “new normal” in healthcare staffing. Our teams stepped up to meet demands during COVID, and now we must recalibrate as the demand for staffing services has dropped dramatically. If you’re open to it, I’d love to have a one-on-one conversation to understand more about your experience and what specific changes would make a difference. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts; I hope we can work together to improve your experience moving forward. -Eleanor
