      All teams and divisions are very welcoming. The work/life balance is wonderful, and the compensation is competitive. I would recommend Leaderstat to anyone looking to develop their career!

      Pros

      Caring leadership, collaborative environment with positive and kind peers. The entire team is helpful to one another, respectful and sincere. The Leadership Team supports personal and professional growth, continuing education and cutting edge initiatives. Genuine caring atmosphere where each team member supports the others. Creative team that truly cares and each invested to see one another succeed. Snappy casual attire, Friday breakfasts and healthy snacks provided daily. Work life balance does exist in this office. Office setting is contemporary with views overlooking the woods, open lofts and a creative vibe exists. Comfortable atmosphere to work in and one that enhances and promotes pride in the workplace.
