Cons
This company needs to shut its doors and recognize a loss when they see one. The number of lay offs and the number of people leaving on their own is insane. The fact that the COO and CFO were out the door in less than a year tells you something. There are constant changes to staff titles and departments to try and “make things work” but it just isn’t. NO ONE feels secure in their job but everyone is afraid to leave and move on to other opportunities due to the threat of being sued. The amount of money spent on trying to take down innocent people due to a non compete no one even knew existed is extremely sad. There are so great, amazing people that work there still that get zero appreciation.
