Pros

I have been with the Leaf for over 3 years. Through any type of family issues, illnesses, financial problems it does not matter the issue the entire call center comes together as a team and they are supportive. If you are outgoing, and fun and love people this is the perfect job. All of upper management is approachable and helpful. Chris Brosch is head of marketing he visits and is awesome on the phone and he will give you any tips, and even listen to calls to help with improvement. Matt Kaulig is the best owner I have ever worked for he is not just the owner who sits at home and gets rich he comes to work everyday and is very involved. The call center managers are always helpful and very understanding. Personally I have seen Cam Jellison stick her neck out for multiple employees because she sees the hard work and dedication they have this company. I love this place

Cons

The only cons I have are with the miserable former employees who judge this place and are already miserable people so no matter where they go they will always be this way.

Pros

I work in the digital marketing department and can honestly say that I have never worked for another company that has truly cared about me as a person as much as LeafFilter. The Digital Marketing department has a lot of stellar talent but works well together to achieve lofty goals. The senior management has always been upfront and honest with me regarding my career and personal goals. The negative comments about the ineptitude of the digital marketing department is unwarranted and just flat out wrong. Comments about "best practices" is silly. The DM department continues to break records each week and has seen incredible growth every year. Why change what's working? We all work together towards a common goal and I really enjoy all the people I work with. Every one is asked to "own" their discipline and be the thought leader in their sub-department. It's also great to have direct contact with the owner of the company, who is an inspiration to the employees and those who strive to attack their day-to-day like he does. Pay is great and is above industry norm. Same with benefits. Not having a strict PTO policy is also a plus, but can be difficult for some to grasp and understand who want more structure.

Cons

Flex time would be great, but I've never had any request go unapproved, so, not a huge deal breaker. Training of new employees could also be better, but I know that is something senior management is working on.
