Early on when there were 30 people here even in a remote environment you felt you were part of a team with similar goals and a solid company culture. Remote work can be great, but the office being so beautiful and empty is depressing.

Cons

Since being bought the company switched to hiring nearly exclusively out of state and then bought another company from out of state, this along with a large round of layoffs crushed the growth and success image within along with any real culture. Now it feels like a group of strangers during the monthly Zoom all hands meeting. Probably doesn't help having a HR department that seems to do anything it pleases (drinking on the job) with no consequences. Quite a few Senior non-C suite managers have disappeared this year as they reorganize once again.
