There are some awesome people who work there and free snacks and coffee.

Cons

They don't get employee opinions before making big decisions that effect them. Multiple medical conditions and a doctor's note are not enough to receive accommodation for hybrid working during a pandemic. You'll be forced to work in office 5 days a week regardless of the detrimental effects on your health if you're in a customer facing role. However, non customer facing roles are allowed to work from home full time if they so desire without any need for documentation.

Pros

The design and look of the product are very visually appealing to our clients. The growth is there and can be endless. Depending on your department this can be a wonderful place to work.

Cons

We lost several good associates (one in marketing and two in CSS), a considerable loss for LEAP. Middle management keeps a lot from Leadershhip. Motto: Be fake, and you will make it. Be truthful and you got to go.
