Pros

Teams work well with each other, the pace is fast and exciting, and it feels more like a family than a workplace. Leadership has a wide open door and everybody's encouraged to share ideas and feedback. Great opportunities for advancement, or to explore new career options within the company. Friendly, supportive culture with regularly scheduled events No office drama, no negativity, no cliques No pressure to return to the office too soon during the pandemic, everyone's doing great from home. (office is open, if anyone wants to use it - socially distant, sanitizer stations, mask protocols, etc.) Perks: Gym membership, bike share, Bird scooters

Cons

Can be hard not seeing everyone every day during the pandemic Leap embraces change and that's not for everyone. If you don't have a startup mentality, you may have a tough time. Product is technically complex, you have to put in time to fully understand the functionality and workflows.
