Pros

I've been at Leap for going on 4 years now and I can safely say that of all of the places I've ever been employed, Leap has the best culture I've ever been apart of. It truly feels like a team effort here. I can go to any org within the company and know that they're going to help me as best they can and be happy about doing it. Since I've been here, I can count the number of times I've witnessed workplace toxicity on one hand and for the most part, everyone is super happy to be here. Also feels like everyone is pretty transparent with one another and there's really minimal corporate BS. We also have a ton of people that have been here for 2+ years with minimal turnover so that tells you that people love being here. I can't speak to the other orgs but as far as the sales team is concerned, 70% of my team is consistently hitting quota. That's very high across the industry and for most SaaS companies, it feels like quota attainment is just smoke and mirrors. We don't have crazy high base salaries but I would personally rather have a lower base knowing that I'm going to be consistently hitting my bonus than have a nice base but have a totally unrealistic quota. When I first came here, I started off as a TDR with zero SaaS experience. In the past 4 years, I've gone from a TDR to an AE to a SAE to a sales manager. Leap values hard work and love to promote from within. Culture, teamwork, solid pay and the ability to grow are what I love about Leap and what's kept me here. All this and the ability to do it 100% remote is pretty hard to come by these days.

Cons

Wish we did more in person team building. Fully remote is great but I'd like to be around the rest of my team more than once a year. Like I said before, base could be higher but I feel like you could say that of any company.

Pros

The company provides a supportive environment where employees are encouraged to learn and grow. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, which fosters a culture of transparency. The team is full of talented, collaborative individuals who are willing to help one another. Work-life balance is generally respected, and flexible work options are available. Opportunities for career development and internal promotion are present.

Cons

Employee benefits, like health insurance or wellness programs, could be more competitive.
