The hours, always over ratio so other teachers do not have to be on clock, never recogonized for good work, dirictors are extremly unprofessional to a point they will get in your face and yell at you, later they say they are on there perod.

The company was/is owned by an investment company whose primary goal was/is to make money for the investors. Staff in the field, especially directors and regional managers were constantly asked to do more with less; specifically, generate more tuition and lower expenses.
