Pros

Enjoyed the children and supportive teachers/managers.

Cons

Terrible pay after 6 years there I only received a total of $1.97 raise, that's with 3 promotions. Getting me at a grand total of $9.83. This company cares not for it's employees or it's customers only about getting more cash into their pockets and not giving anything to the centers to work with. They give a very tight budget to the centers for supplies where if you write a supply list you already know you're not getting anything on it. Sadly they say they offer a great curriculum but don't give the money to afford the stuff they say these children will receive. If you do have supplies and decent toys it's because the teachers themselves bought it for their classrooms out if pocket. I despise this company and wish parents and customers knew where they were putting their money into because it's not to the centers it's the big wigs running this sad company.

Pros

Friendly people, casual Fridays (jeans woooo!), good salary for specialist positions.

Cons

"Stuffy" VERY corporate environment. Great if you're in your late 30's early 40's with 2 kids at home. Management seems to be more interested in herding cattle and making employees follow process than changing the process to suit the goals of the company.
