- Product that improves lives - Great people - smart, friendly, committed to quality - Always trying to improve - new ways of working + technologies - Plenty of opportunities to learn more and grow as an individual - Flexible with working conditions, hours, WFH, maternity leave

Cons

- Upper management still learning to be leaders of a bigger company as it's transitioned out of "start up" mode. But they're very transparent about it and trying their best.

Powering many millions of online assessments a month. Always improving and evolving. Intelligent, engaged and passionate staff making it a good workplace. Many staff perks and social activities.

Cons

People and culture is still catching up to a fast company expansion. However its and area the company is focussed on improving.
