Friendly and motivated people in a very inclusive environment. A lot of focus on positive outcomes and consideration.

Cons

Missing a bit of direction at the time. Like many start-ups struggling to find a new identity as a more established organisation, understanding how to break old patterns without breaking the org.

Manager supportive in personal development and opportunities to improve skillset for growth. Iterative improvements in our processes in the ways we work. Awesome colleagues that were approachable and collaborative.

Cons

At the time of employment, business strategy wasn't evident in how it'd align with role's vision. Often times, projects were shelved due to shifting priorities unless it was contractual obligations.
