Pros

Learnosity is an awesome place to work, and it’s all about sticking to its mission and values. The exec team really tries to live up to these values in everything we do and it shows! You are not just a number at Learnosity. I love being part of something bigger and working with cutting-edge tech to make education better. Seeing the positive real-world impact of your work is an amazing feeling! The atmosphere is super welcoming and inclusive, with genuinely nice people who go out of their way to help. The leadership is approachable and open to different ideas, and once a decision is made, everyone gets behind it and works hard to make it happen. With a flat(ish) hierarchy, there’s plenty of room to grow and one of my favorite perks is the learning budget for professional development. I’m also very excited about the opportunity to work on more AI-powered products. Learnosity is constantly pushing the boundaries with cutting-edge solutions that have tangible, real-world impact. Delighted with the new office near Merrion Square. It’s easy to get to, and the office space is amazing. The combination of mission, values, tech, and environment makes Learnosity a fantastic place to work.

Cons

Working across mulitple timezones has its challenges, but there has been a very obvious effort to reduce the requirement for this in recent times.

Pros

Work life balance, team structure, management that helps you when you need it but isn't consistently breathing down your throat, flexibility to work with a customer to best ensure their needs are met. Truly a fantastic company with limitless potential.

Cons

Being a fully remote company, we are spread out across the entire world, which can be difficult to navigate time zones. But they do a great job of responding as quickly and meaningfully as possible

It is important to note that the views expressed in your review do not reflect the current climate at Learnosity. According to the feedback from our most recent Engagement Survey conducted in May 2024: Our overall engagement score is the highest the company has ever had, sitting at 73%, only 2 points below our company target; 84% of employees would recommend Learnosity as a great place to work; 79% believe that the leaders at Learnosity have communicated a vision that motivates them; 84% of employees feel proud to work for Learnosity. At Learnosity, we foster a culture of transparency and we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for all our employees. We have several initiatives in place to promote collaboration, transparency and employee wellbeing, including: Increased transparency and communication from leadership through our State of the Union (Town Hall) meetings; Coffee with the Founders; Engagement Surveys; Monthly updates; Success Connections bi-annual check-ins. We understand that there is still work to be done, and we are committed to continuing to make improvements. We value your feedback and will use it to help us create a better workplace for everyone.
