Pros

Benefits include 4% match, performance based 0-4% raises annually, passion for patient care, strong directional focus from leaders, cutting edge implementations and expansion of services. During pandemic our health system, staff and leaders persevered and showed grit. Staff received raises plus a back raise from the prior down-turn year.

Cons

PTO is accumulated based on days work, not pay period (take a day off less PTO earned), senior town, senior minded staff can be stuck in their ways.

Nice people to work with. Decent benefits.

Horrible legacy software. Questionable business decisions. Weak leadership. Lip service to lean principles. Old culture. Fiefdoms and political wrangling for control. Low pay.

Pros

Everything is painted so beautiful. Orientation is well organized. They tell you about how this company is about the patients and employees.

Cons

It’s a human factory. I’m glad to say the physicians care, so do the nurses( but they are overworked to no end and unappreciated), so that’s the reason they will have attitudes. Management is horrendous, my experience with management is a total nightmare. If a manager crosses the line with any of his female, HR will only give a slap on the hand and make you feel you are at fall. I his by far was the worse experience that I have ever had in the work force. Stay away from this company that has manage to monopolize health care in our area. You’re better off going somewhere else. No one will have your back. They’ll basically tell you, if you can’t move on pass the “incident”, then you must move on. Then you are eligible for rehire, but they’ll never call you back because they don’t want to deal with that type of situation again. Terribly saddening that this is what healthcare has become, a welled oiled money making machine.
