Pros

Great co workers, great resources, and great education training

Cons

The pay is horrible, the pay should be atleast $34, not $31. With that being said its a monoply healthcare system in SWFL and needs more competion in the area to increase the pay.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It’s great you have strong support from coworkers and training. While pay is important, Lee Health offers annual merit pay increases based on performance, a Sharing in Success bonus, and the Nursing Clinical Ladder Program (NCLP), which rewards clinical expertise and can increase compensation. Wishing you the best in your role!
