Pros

Salary is competitive and if the people around you are happy with salary alone you'll have decent morale

Cons

Too many layers of supervisors and supervisors supervisors and none of them are listening if what you're talking about undermines the bottom line

Feeling let down

Pros

Working with great health care workers - I found 95% of the people that care for patients were excellent!

Cons

I felt that in my department that the DEI quota was more important than qualified staffing. Creativity is stifled by people who have no idea of the needs of their customers and patients. Some (not all) managers were self-entitled DEI hires and took out their personal issues out on their subordinates. Promises made - Promises not kept!
