I miss working for LMHS. Overall, it was a family environment within my department.

Cons

The cons are: only those who work at the Cape Coral campus get ahead. People that start after you and less educated are the ones to be promoted. So word of advice: wait for someone to die or start at the Cape Coral campus and you'll defintely get promoted through the ranks even if you aren't qualified.
