Pros

I am a 16 year employee of Lee Health. I have grown in my employment from entry level to professional with tremendous support from the company. I have the freedom to get my job done and flexibility in my schedule. Very happy and proud to be a Lee Health employee.

Cons

Internal educational opportunities are primarily clinical in nature and not applicable if you are not a nurse. Would like to see more educational offering for non-clinical staff.

Thank you for taking time to write your review. There are ways to earn a higher salary...merit increases, internal promotions, tuition reimbursement and grants to grow your career with Lee Health. The compensation team does evaluate positions at least once per year to make sure we are competitive with the market. Our total rewards/benefits program often offsets what may seem to be a lower hourly pay than other companies can offer.
