      Great organization to work for. Plenty of opportunities to advance. Tuition reimbursement .

      Cons

      Insurance too high. specialty doctor's co-pay too high. Not enough pay for certain positions.

      Thank you for your review. Agreed, there are many opportunities for advancement and career growth with Lee Health. Over 12,500 strong, Lee Health offers some of the best benefits. Health insurance as low as $27.84 every two weeks, $60 co-pay for specialty physicians, free generic medications, free employee health, etc. Related experience is considered as well as internal equity when offering positions. Compensation reviews positions at least annually to be competitive with the market. We appreciate your 4 star rating! Thank you for your service to our community.

      Pros

      Opportunity, benefits, pay are all good. Lee Health paid for me to go to nursing school and had continued to promote me from within.

      Cons

      The different campuses sometimes all operate on separate wavelengths, although all are governed by the same policies & procedures. Can be confusing.

Keep in mind our total rewards of low cost, comprehensive health insurance, cell phone carrier discount, etc. Check out our matching retirement program when you've been here for one year. You can get up to a 5% increase if you are contributing up to 5%.
