      Pros

      Steady paycheck. Air conditioning works great. Season keeps everyone VERY busy

      Cons

      Management needs to GO!!!! They dont listen to staff concerns and safety of patients is always at risk. Upper management runs the "show" on budget and not safety. No staff loyalty. Will sacrifice any staff to their whim. NO ONE is safe. Daily stress from management. Short staffed deaily and heavier and heavier workloads as staff is told "be glad you have a job"

      Great night shift differential for registered nurses, good mix of cultures and diverse backgrounds of co-workers, free educational opportunities to use for ceu's

      Cons

      budget drives everything in a typical healthcare fashion. The expectation is to do more with less. This can sometimes cause an unsafe work environment for the staff and patients.

      Management needs training, customer service is lost when volume increases, it seems employees can get away with anything as long as management does not know-but when management is avised, retaliation is possible
