very very bad experience working here, hopefully i have to spent only a year but its just a nightmare. CTO changes the requirements in every weekly scrum and blame us for not achieving the targets. no hard treatments to family employee those who always give excuses and not even work a bit.
Once you start answering the management specially CTO you will get a call from HR and she ask you to put resign and post the requirement ad on job portal on next day! The well maintained Hiring and Firing culture they have there at LeewayHertz.
A good example to avoid the company if you are looking for job switch.
Don't give attentions to all good reviews I think those came from employees FORCEFULLY only and not real.
