Firing and hiring is just a game for leewayhertz CEO. Management force you to work more than working hours even though they don't pay any kind of overtime sometimes some poor developers stay in the office for the whole night. Leewayhertz bond clearly says that they are hiring you for the full-stack developer but they make you the fool-stack developer.
Our Associate Project Coordinator shamelessly said to the developers to stay in the office the whole night and deliver their work. It doesn't matter how much you are suffering from mental, and physical harassment.
