Pros

Limited Off-site opportunities due to remote set-up.

Cons

The work is fast-paced and keeps you engaged. I got to learn so much is a short span, while working with product and cross-functional teams. The team members are super-helpful, and there's always someone to guide you through. Overall, the work environment is positive, professional and growth-oriented.

Pros

For some, it is the WFH setting this company provides.

Cons

Apart from the ones mentioned in the headlines, quite a few more. :) - Leadership (CTO and HR) being incompetent are the ones who assess people on the domains they lack competency. (Communication, English language, operations, organizational structure, leadership skills etc.) - Overt and Excessive use of ChatGPT and similar tools for all their operations ( even coding ) is their 'modus operandi ', which leads to little gain in skills for the lower to mid level employees and risk for business continuity and security. Exit opportunities are drastically impacted because of such work approach. - Favoritism runs rampant like in any other 'Lala' company. The favorites are let off the hook for everything - No feedback mechanism, no performance appraisal mechanism, HR head being in the company for the last 15 years has only done the job of an informant and form filling assistant (TA is done through contractors, time keeping is done through delivery managers, payroll is done through finance, resource management is done by delivery managers etc etc.) - People are sacked with falsification of Data and proofs. Because of lack of projects, people are let go with a month's notice. Their approach is to seek people who are b/w jobs or are off of it so that they can be quickly absorbed and churned. - Lack of self sourced revenue, sales process is all over the place, with no scope of improvement because of weak leadership - **Unethical** revenue recognition and inflation of revenue - The worst part is, they are aware of all of this and they get agreements signed so that no one can voice this out. Be very careful if you are approached by them and read carefully what you sign. The clauses are absolutely against Labor policies in India :D - False promises and misinformation during interview process and agreement signing - Proper team management skills are scarce and quite understandable because they have had no one to look up to
