Thank you for your feedback. As far as we understand our employees, each team member admires the flexibility we have with our work timing policy. We surely don't have any fixed work timings because we want to give you an option to choose your own start time at work. Isn't it great? Like every other company, we love cleaniness and we definetely encourage people to keep their desk cleans for their own comfort. We highly doubt that anyone from the management would unnecessarily ask you to clean your desk, as we have help in office to do that for you. We believe you did not get a chance to speak with us about your issues, which is very unfortunate for us. But we encourage feedback for all of our departments, including management and HR. If you request for a meeting, with the concerned department, we are always open to hear your feedback and suggestions. Also, just to share that one of our biggest strengths as a company is our employees, who believe that we give them excellent opportunities to grow their career, faster and better than any other companies in our industry. However, since you did not feel the same, we would definitely work even harder to make our trainings and workshops more extensive.
