We have several people who joined as a fresher straight from the college, and they are working with us for more than four years. We absolutely agree with you that we are one of the most hardworking teams that believe in learning, collaborating and always moving ahead with the changing technology world. LeewayHertz work on latest technologies like Blockchain, Augmented reality, Artificial intelligence, and IoT. For the company and its people to be able to always be smart and better at their job, we all work very hard. From your feedback, it sounds like, you wanted to join a company where you can have low growth, less work, however, it seems like you didn’t find that at Leewayhertz and I apologize for the same. We believe that the only way an individual or a company become successful is by working hard and harder than others. We believe it is an entirely a lie being told in a public forum to bargain. Please tell me if the company takes away people salary, then why are people coming to the office every day? I am one of the people who work at LeewayHertz; I am not sure why I am at work if they are not paying my salary. I feel like you are not discolsing the complete story and manupulating some information. LeewayHertz provides the most exciting and deep exposure to the cutting edge technologies, a lot of fresher’s join LeewayHertz however, some of them wants to find the next Job in just two months because they are well trained and ready.
