Every department other than the sales department is legit. Since the company has investors, they have unrealistic expectations for the sales department. Many people have left this company because of it. A lot of good people have left because of it. Seems as if they’re more in it for the money than actually growing the business with the sales team. One man down another man up is how they are currently operating. Wouldn’t recommend going to their sales department at this current time.

Our recent growth has afforded us the opportunity to better support our employees and customers, such as providing more work life harmony for employees and consistent process for customers. Outside sales is a demanding + rewarding role and we are very proud of the elite sales teams.

Basically 100 percent door knocking. Working in all weather.
