Pros

Legal Monkeys offers a one of kind culture that you won't find anywhere else. You will be working with a team that shares similar qualities as yourself. We are all about playing as a team and finding a better way.

Cons

The pay system isn't the best. I personally think that many hard workers are under paid. However they are working on a new pay system that should roll out sometime in 2017. We are hoping that this will be more beneficial for all employees across the board but only time will tell.
