Legal Monkeys is a place of experience, inspiration, and dedication like no other place I have been apart of. We have a simple task of collecting medical records and bills for legal firms. During your first week you get to experience and learn what we do, who we are and that our culture is one of the most important things to each and everyone of us monkeys. The following three months you are guided throughs all the ins and outs of the company by two different monkeys. One is a mentor who is not on your team that is there to makes sure you are adapting to the job, workload and culture. The other is a team buddy, that is there to help you with all your daily questions. Each one is an experienced monkey that can show you the way through the jungle. Having to sit in front of monitors all day is not the healthier work setting, so we have implemented a wellness program that is set in place to provide and inspire healthy actives, knowledge and nutrition. We also have also have a great and dedicated community service program called Monkeys in Action, or MIA. This past year we have done a winter coats drive, canned food drive, school supplies drive and we will be providing food and gifts for several families in need over the holiday season. Next would be M.O.M, Monkey of the Month, I received this award for August 2014, after being with is company for only one year and three months. This award means more to me than any other that I have received, because I was chosen by my fellow monkeys to be honored with this achievement. This not only shows that I showed our company purpose and core values daily, but in some moment I touched each one of theirs lives whether professionally or personally. Finally, we have some fun thing that make us unique but keep us dedicated to our work, Motivational Monday, Taboo Tuesday, Work if Out Wednesday, Tasty Thursday, High-Five and Waffle Friday. Each one of these things is put in place to keep you loving life and work at the same time. To me the place feels like "from the outside looking in you can't understand it, and the inside looking out you can't explain it." Collecting records is not the most glamorous jobs but I would pick working here, with these crazy monkeys over any other place.

This is a great place to work because of its amazing atmosphere. While doing great work is the ultimate goal, our core values as a company is what makes us most successful and sets us apart from other jobs. Everyone works so hard and we make sure to set goals and stay motivated year round. We have wonderful employees who play as a team and help each other out whenever we can. On top of that, we are rewarded for our hard work and even get to enjoy fun activities within the work place.
