While my time at Legal Monkeys I have really enjoyed the culture that Legal Monkeys comes with. Everyone is genuinely passionate about finding a better way to do things, which makes other people's jobs/tasks easier to do. The tasks here can be over whelming at times but one of the core values here at Legal Monkeys is play as a team and everyone demonstrates this value by volunteering to help out a fellow monkey when in need. Legal Monkeys really stay true to their core values as a company!

Cons

The work here can seem tedious and redundant, however the company really encourages people to "find a better way" to do these tedious things.

Pros

The people, atmosphere, and leadership are like no other place of business. From the CEO, to the newest employees an incredible emphasis is exhibited on doing the next right thing to move the company and the "Monkeys" forward. Saying that there is an UNLIMITED amount of potential is still a colossal understatement.

Cons

Nothing major. Growing pains like any other business. Least amount of issues I have experienced.

Pros

People here genuinely want to see you get better at whatever you do. Whether that is working at the job, at home in the family, or out in the community. The CEO cares deeply about the welfare of his employees and the managers display that attitude as well. I have worked here for nearly a year and have gained more experience than any prior job. I have also never left feeling unappreciated for the work I did that day. It is great.

Cons

The pay is a little low, but they do make up for that in experience and appreciation. It is easy for a younger employee to say that though.
