      Pros

      Accessible leadership team that has a clear vision for where they are going and not afraid to pivot when something does not work. The culture is squarely focused on getting better each day and stays true to its mission of creating opportunities for underrepresented minority businesses. Benefits are wonderful and could not ask for better teammates and managers. The remote-first philosophy is such a wonderful perk!

      Cons

      Not everyone thrives in environments where change is constant and that is what this is. Despite the fact that the company has been around for 20+ years, it still is rounding out with lots of processes and gaps to fill. Can be frustrating for those that want a structured environment. You have to be honest with yourself about your working style.
