      Constant changes occurred. Many times they were major changes - pay etc.

      -Executive leadership: is very strong and has built the company for scale -Mission: enabling small business has a significant impact on society -People: fun and engaging team members who hold each other accountable -Remote first so I am able to be there for work and my family

      Cons

      -I have worked from some of the best companies in the world and LZ feels similar. A little chaotic and still building the infrastructure as we grow

      LegalZoom is evolving and it is rewarding to be part of the change. We work quickly and with intention in everything we do. We are highly collaborative across all functions. I enjoy creating relationships with my business partners and my peers. The mission here at LegalZoom excites me as I have a personal connection to it.

      Working and evolving quickly isn't for everyone, but if you enjoy being engaged this will be the place for you.
