Pros
The people are great here! Managers and other sales professionals are great people. Has a great culture. Great training. Awesome benefits.
Cons
For a sales job you get a lot of customer care calls so some times it feels like you are transferring calls all day and less than 25% of calls being received are sales calls. Also they added weird metrics to comp plan that don’t fit with a typical sales job. Pay isn’t terrible but expect to make base of $40k and commission of $2k a month if you hit all goals. Top reps make Around $5k a month in commission but company plan changes all the time
